Getinsanity.com - That's the only help you will ever need. Forget the hype, forget the infomercials. You've met me in person and I was not in shape at the time. I was in real bad shape matter of fact. I'm 26 days into that exercise program and I've lost exactly 26 lbs and never felt better.

hey dude,

i guess pet vs pet combat in epic pet wars doesn't count as exercise.

i do my best to get in a 20min swim in the mornings when i can.
doesn't really help massively with the weight loss, but i sleep like a baby at night (assuming i don't get an idea and work at my computer for most of the night).

take care of yourself.

Hey Josh...
As you well know, I'm a big proponent (especially lately) of taking care of one's self. I think it's great that you're raising awareness among the internet marketing community about how important it is to take care of your mind AND body. Being an internet marketer means hours upon hours in front of a computer, like you said, and most of the time, living a predominantly sedentary lifestyle. I think it's good to remind people to get up, be active and take good care of themselves - even better that you're leading by example. It'll keep you on top of your game in every sense of the word.
Cheers friend - to your health.
